These terms govern your use of kasanestore.com and your purchases from KASANE, operated by SK One LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Products
Our watches are handmade in Japan. Because each dial is finished by hand with natural materials such as porcelain, lacquer, washi paper, mineral pigment, gold leaf, and shell, small variations in color, pattern, and texture are part of each piece and are not defects. Product photos are representative, and colors may appear differently on your screen.

Prices and errors
All prices are in U.S. dollars and include shipping and U.S. import duties. We try to keep all information accurate, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund your payment in full.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability, in which case we will refund your payment in full. Each watch is ordered from its workshop after you purchase, and orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping times are estimates, as described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

Returns and warranty
Returns, refunds, and warranty service are handled as described in our Return and Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photos, and graphics, belongs to us or our partners and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimer
Except for the warranty described in our Return and Refund Policy, products are provided as is, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
